What should I expect to happen from when I arrive to when I leave whilst Covid restrictions are in place?

  • You arrive at our entrance and Gare greeted by a member of staff who will check your tickets. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early where possible to speed up your entry process. Having purchased your tickets in advance also tells us you have read our terms and conditions and checked the liability waiver.

  • You will then check in with the NHS app and sanitise your hands ahead of entering the building.

  • You then approach skate exchange and hire your skates and protective gear unless you have brought your own

  • From skate exchange you will be shown to the area where you can change into your skates. Lockers are available if you have valuables you don't want to leave unattended. Non skaters will be shown to a table either inside our outside in our lovely Yarden.

  • You then go and enjoy the skating experience

  • Each slot is 1.5 hours long and during this time you can go on or off the rink and enjoy the experience as you choose.

  • Ten minutes before the end of your slot time the rink will be closed and you go and change out of your skates and return them to a member of staff or skate exchange. You collect your belongings from a locker if you used one and exit the building.
