FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
What does it mean if i'm trying to book a session but it says 'No Classes Available' ?
As we are a multifaceted venue, we often have events such as club nights or gigs on which requires the Rollerdrome to be shut. If the calendar is displaying 'no classes available' this means we're shut.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
You can buy tickets on the door if they are available, however we'd always recommend booking online to secure your space! This way we can keep an eye on numbers and how busy the Rink may be.
Can I come without having to skate?
Of course! You can simply enter free of charge, and spectate any skating sessions and grab some food and drinks.
Is there a safe place to store our belongings?
Yes, we have some lockers available.
What is your refund policy?
Unless we have to cancel or postpone a slot due to Covid, we don’t offer refunds. However if you feel you cannot make your slot we will look at rearranging it for you.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, we have a selection of hot and cold drinks, both soft and alcoholic and a delicious food menu to choose from Invisiburger.
How old do I have to be to come and skate?
Some skating slots are Adult only slots and require all attendees to be over 18. Some slots are Family Friendly and are open to people of all ages provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult over 25. Under 3s should not skate but can come and watch with their parents or guardians.
What size skates do you have, and can we hire some there?
We have from Children's size 6A, all the way through to Adult Size 12.
Skate and all protective padding hire is £2.50 (and free for children under the age of 16!) you can pay for this when you arrive at our venue.
