RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS

 

All visitors of IWF Rollerdrome must read this waiver and check the box to confirm they release Invisible Wind Factory Limited of any and all liability claims against them following loss or injury during a visit to Invisible Wind Factory. 
 

This does not release Invisible Wind Factory Limited from its duty of care nor does it compromise your legal rights. 

 

Declaration of Release

I understand that roller skating, roller dancing and all other activities done on roller skates are inherently dangerous and involve risk of accident, property damage, serious bodily injury and death. 
 

I understand that Invisible Wind Factory Limited takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all visitors and users of all its facilities.
 

I understand that I have a duty to myself and others to minimise the hazards inherent to any activity done on roller skates or on a roller rink by complying with IWF Rollerdrome’s conditions of use. 
 

I accept that Invisible Wind Factory Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from roller skating, roller dancing or any other activity done on roller skates or on the roller rink at Invisible Wind Factory and all individuals participate at their own risk. 

 

Declaration of Fitness
 

I certify to the best of my knowledge that I do not suffer from a physical and/or medical condition which may be worsened or triggered by roller skating or other fitness activity.

I certify to the best of my knowledge that I do not suffer from a physical and/or medical condition which may have the effect of making it more likely that I am involved in an accident which could result in injury to myself or others. 

 

Declaration of Fact
 

I confirm that all information I provide about myself to Invisible Wind Factory Limited is correct and if there are any changes I will contact Invisible Wind Factory Limited to update them.

 

Skating and the Consumption of Alcohol
 

I understand that there is a licensed bar serving alcohol at the Invisible Wind Factory Rollerdrome and that it is my responsibility to enjoy alcohol responsibly at all times during my visit.
 

I understand that Invisible Wind Factory staff reserve the right to refuse admittance on to the rink to anyone who they deem intoxicated.

 

Under 18s Skating

I understand that there may be people who are under the age of 18 using IWF Rollerdrome at the same time as me and that I will not put minors at risk of harm.
