A new chapter for the Rollerdrome 2026

We have thought long and hard about the way forward and we thank everyone for their patience in receiving this update, it is a decision that hasn’t been taken lightly. We have really struggled in the last year to keep operating as a weekly roller skating facility alongside everything else we do. We absolutely love running the Rollerdrome and the community support has always been immense which is why we have continued to do what we could to make it work for as long as we have. We feel so proud and honoured to have facilitated the growth of what is now a thriving skate scene in Liverpool.The feedback and reviews we have had from people over the years reporting increased mental and physical wellbeing, having combatted loneliness and found passion and community is something that only motivates us to make sure we work out a way to continue our work and reach more people.

With that in mind, we want to be clear this is not the end of The Rollerdrome - but a new way of working. We will be putting energy into collaborating with other partners, brands and individuals offering different social forms of movement and dance, alongside roller skating (please reach out and fill in our form on linktree if you feel you might have something to offer or have a collaboration you would like to discuss). Stay tuned for what is to come from the members of our team and our community. We will have some exciting announcements coming soon! 

Our beloved Members, we thank you so much for your support. Memberships are not currently available to buy due to this new way of working. We will, of course, honour any memberships that are currently still live and you can use them for events until the end of the year. If you would prefer a refund on your remaining sessions, we can sort this for you please just DM us.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has ever been to the Rollerdrome, supported us, promoted us and for those who were involved in building it since its conception. Chapter 2 is going to be just as awesome! Please subscribe to our mailer to be the first to receive updates. We don’t have any dates we can confirm yet but we will let everyone know as soon as we can about future skates and events.
